How to fit a PDF under an email size limit

Most email systems cap attachments around 20–25 MB. When your PDF is over, a few moves usually get it under.

Compress first

Re-encoding images is the fastest big saving, especially for scans and photo-heavy files.

Split if needed

If it is genuinely huge, split it into logical parts and send in two emails.

Remove the excess

Delete blank pages and unused attachments before sending.
