How to add an image to a PDF
Dropping an image onto a PDF — a logo on a letter, a photo in a report, a signature on a contract — is a place-and-resize job.
Place, then position
Add the image, then drag it where it belongs and pull a corner to size it. Keep the aspect ratio so logos do not stretch.
Transparency
PNG images keep transparent backgrounds, which is what you want for logos and signatures so the page shows through around them.
Make it part of the page
Once placed, exporting bakes the image into the page so it travels with the file and prints correctly.
